WHY SHOULD I CHOOSE POLY LUMBER?

Poly lumber is a great, low-maintenance alternative to wood and other outdoor furniture materials.  In addition to it’s durability, our poly is easy to clean, never needs stained or painted, won’t rot or be infested with insects, and won’t chip.  One of the best features of poly lumber is that the color runs throughout the entire thickness of the board, so if you ever scratch your poly lumber, it’s the same color underneath, unlike wood and powder coated materials where the color just sits on the surface of the material.

WHAT IS POLY LUMBER

The Poly lumber that we use in our products is made from HDPL (high-density polyethylene) that comes from certified 95% recycled materials (mostly water bottles), so it is sustainable and eco-friendly.  The plastics are melted down and infused with UV Inhibitors (to protect against sun damage) and other proprietary additives.  They are then run through an extrusion process that produces boards in many sizes.

WHERE IS YOUR FURNITURE MADE?

All of our ECCB Outdoor furniture is made in western Pennsylvania.  At our Mercer, PA facility, we employ an in-house staff of Amish craftsmen who operate our state of the art equipment to make our furniture.  We also have off-site Amish producers that work with us on some of our furniture lines.

HOW DO YOU SHIP MY ORDERS?

Small package items, and items that are marked as free shipping, like our Adirondack chairs, ship via FedEx ground.   Oversized items ship with an LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) carrier.  We work with many different LTL carriers to try and find the best rate to your home or business.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE AFTER I MAKE PAYMENT?

Every product page on our website has an estimated turnaround time listed for that item.  Many of our in-stock Adirondack chairs ship within 2-3 business days, while out of stock items typically ship in 3-4 weeks.  These turnaround times are averages, not guaranteed.  In some cases, if an item is out of stock, it may take longer for your product to ship.  In such cases, a member of our sales team will contact you to let you know.

Once your item ships, the actual transit time will depend on multiple factors like your location and the service used, but your product will likely arrive within 5 business days.  You can track your item by using the FedEx tracking number or LTL carrier pro# that we email you when your item ships.
