Ingredients:

½ cup rum

¼ cup coconut (or skim) milk

¼ cup pineapple chunks

½ cup coconut cream

Ice to fill half your blender

Slice of pineapple (optional garnish)

Maraschino cherry (optional garnish)

Directions:

Mix ingredients in a blender and serve with optional garnishes.

Ingredients:

2 ounces bourbon

8 ounces cherry soda

1 ounce lime juice (fresh squeezed)

Ice to fill half the glass

Fresh cherries (garnish)

Directions:

Combine bourbon, cherry soda, and lime juice in a container. Stir to combine. Add ice to glasses. Pour the cocktail over the ice between both glasses. Garnish with fresh cherries.

Ingredients:

½ ounce rum

½ ounce coconut rum

½ grenadine syrup

1 ounce orange juice

1 ounce pineapple juice

1 cup crushed ice

Directions:

Combine regular rum, coconut rum, grenadine, orange juice, pineapple juice, and ice in a blender. Blend until it becomes a slushy consistency.

Prep Time: 1 hour and 5 minutes

Ingredients:

1 (750 ml) bottle of white wine

2 peaches, sliced

2 kiwis, peeled and thinly sliced

1 cup raspberries

3 tablespoons sugar to taste

1 (750 ml) bottle of sparkling white wine

8 sprigs of mint

Directions:

In a large pitcher, whisk together white wine, peaches, kiwis, raspberries, and sugar. Let chill in refrigerator for at least an hour. Serve over ice with sparkling white wine, garnished with mint.

Directions:
